Sony Corporation Company Is One Of the World's Biggest Tech Company. Sony Corporation Is A Japanese Multi-National Company, Founded In 1946, Tokyo, Japan. Sony Corporation Was Founded By Akio Morita And Masaru Ibuka. The Current CEO Of Sony Corporation Is Kenichiro Yoshida.

Sony Company Was Started During World War. Ibuka Was Used To Repair Radio In Tokyo After Graduation. During That, He Met With Morita, Morita Was 13 Years Younger Than Inbuka. Morita And Ibuka Thought Of Starting Their Own Business. In 1946, They Borrowed $500 Loan And Started Tokyo Communication Engineering Corporation. The Real Japanese Name Of This Company Was Tokyo Tsushin Kogyo. The First Product Of This Company Was A Rice Cooker Which Was A Failure. This Company Sold $6500 Products And They Just Got $300 Profit. After That They Made Another Product "Tape Recorder". Which Was Launched In 1950, This Machine Was New For Japanese People At That Time and People Were Not Able To Use It. Then Ibuka And Morita Sold Some Products Free. They Explained Its Usage And Importance To People. After That Company Started Getting Offers From Media Houses And Corporate Companies. From There The Company Started To Grow. But In They Wanted To Grow This Company In Entire World. That's Why They Changed The Company Name To Sony Corporation. The Word Sony Is Derived From Sound And Sonny. At That Time Sonny Was Common Slang To Call A Young Boy. The First Product Of Sony Was A Transistor Radio Launched 1955. This Product Went Very Successful. In 1962, Sony Launched A Micro T.V. And Many Other Products. In 1979, They Launched A Tape Player Named Walkman. In 1982, They a Launched A CD Player And Their First Video Camera. Today Sony Produces Playstation, Smartphone, Laptop, TV, Video Recorder, Sound System And Many More.
